Coach B tailors his classes for you! The workout itself is designed for efficiency. The intervals and strength training combinations are proven to lean and tone your body. Coach B combines resistance training and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise matched with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolic rate. (burn more calories at your desk!)
